Christian’s vision for FMR Fitness & Wellness is to assist all community members with enhancing their quality of life by allowing them to progress, sustain, and restore human movement function through a holistic approach. Christian is a movement specialist who provides individualized programs uniquely tailored to each individual. These program foundations originate with breathing principles, skeletal-muscular alignment and evidence-based approaches through a biomechanics scope of practice and application of fundamental movement patterns.
Christian graduated from SUNY Cortland where he received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and master’s degree in Community Health. He holds certification's in biomechanics and human movement as well as orthopedic assessments through DBC Fitness. In addition, he is certified in myofascial decompression allowing him to be proficient in the recovery aspect of training.
Christian’s years of experience includes working with and alongside individuals of all ages, including the geriatic population, athletes at all levels, clients in post rehabilitation, those seeking assistance with weight loss, arthritis, chronic pain, and who are looking to gain human function. Christian recognizes the body as an interconnected system that through application of proper biomechanics can be reconstructed to optimal function.
