Kyle Napier
Co-Owner
As co-owner of FMR Fitness & Wellness, Kyle is dedicated to improving quality of life through a holistic, root-cause approach to health. By treating the body as a unified system, his programs emphasize realigning the body, building strength, achieving weight loss, lowering disease biomarkers, implementing advanced functional nutrition strategies, and mastering breathing techniques

Kyle holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a passion for health optimization. He holds certifications in human movement, biomechanics, orthopedic assessments (DBC Fitness), and Myofascial Decompression for soft tissue support.
He has worked with diverse clients—from business professionals and general populations to seniors, athletes, and post-rehabilitation clients—using scientific movement analysis to restore optimal function and resilience
Christian Berenguer
Co-Owner
Christian’s vision for FMR Fitness & Wellness is to build a supportive community where individuals can enhance their quality of life by progressing, sustaining, and restoring movement. As a movement specialist, he designs individualized programs focused on breathing principles, body alignment, and evidence-based biomechanics.
Christian earned a bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a master’s in Community Health from SUNY Cortland, with certifications in biomechanics, human movement, orthopedic assessments, and myofascial decompression. His experience spans diverse clients, from athletes and post-rehabilitation individuals to those managing weight loss, arthritis, and chronic pain. He believes in using movement to realign the body, restoring optimal function and resilience within a community-focused environment.
Drew HerrNeckar
Human Performance Coach
Drew is a highly skilled and certified personal trainer with a deep commitment to helping individuals of all ages achieve their fitness goals. With extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, Drew excels at designing customized fitness programs that focus on improving physical strength, enhancing mobility, and promoting overall well-being.
Drew takes a holistic approach to fitness, believing that success is measured not just by how clients look or feel, but by how efficiently they move in their daily lives. Through personalized coaching and evidence-based training techniques, Drew empowers clients to optimize their health and experience lasting improvements in both their physical fitness and quality of life
Johnathan Letta
Run Club Director
Human Performance Coach
Johnathan earned both his Bachelor’s in Business Management and an MBA from St. John Fisher College, where he played football for five years and served as team captain for two. His athletic experience gave him firsthand knowledge in optimizing performance and movement, which he now uses to help clients build their athletic skills and improve functional movement.

n addition to his training work, Johnathan leads FMRun Club, fostering a supportive running community that encourages members to challenge themselves and connect through fitness. His goal is to empower individuals to reach their athletic potential and become the best versions of themselves
