Our Orthopedic Assesment 

Our comprehensive assessment includes over 50 joint range of motion (ROM) measurements across the body, providing a detailed understanding of joint tolerances and tracking. This meticulous process identifies areas of movement imbalance, helping us pinpoint where the body may be underperforming or compensating.

For joints that fall outside optimal ranges, we implement targeted corrective stretches and exercises to restore proper function. These corrective strategies lay the groundwork for an individualized program, ensuring your body moves more efficiently, improves strength, and achieves long-term balance and stability.
